Welcome to Quotari
Your account-intelligence engine. Pick a play — or pick up where you left off.
Start a play
Speed-run any account.
Tell the engine who you're going after. It maps the org, surfaces the signals, and writes your opening plays — in the ESA framework — in seconds.
Account signal scan
Reads a target account and tells you what changed — leadership moves, money events, hiring signals, stated priorities. Every claim carries a source and a date; if it can't verify something, it says so. The 3–4 hours of research a BDR used to do.
Pre-call brief
Turns the scan plus your attendee list into a one-page brief: who's in the room, what they're likely dealing with, and the two questions worth asking first. For your eyes only — no pitch language.
Discovery agenda
The customer-facing document you send the night before: a warm note, a short agenda framed around what they get, and two open bullets for them to fill in. Zero product language — every word gets seen by them.
Post-call debrief
Drop in the transcript (a Gong export works). Get back what they actually said (their words), what you assumed, what you never asked, who else matters, the next step in their language, and a 1–5 confidence check. Blunt on purpose.
Deal red team
Argues against your own deal. Maps MEDDPICC, makes the case for no-decision, finds the single point of failure and the one kill question worth asking this week. It is not on your side — that's the point.

The short version
Quotari is stateless — we don't create accounts and we don't store your data on our servers. What you type or upload stays in your own browser. It's sent to our AI and data providers only to generate your result, and nothing is retained by us afterward. We never sell or share your personal information. Please strip customer names and confidential figures from call transcripts before you upload them.
What we process, and where it lives
- The inputs you provide — company names, your offer, attendee lists, call transcripts, deal notes, and your calibration document — are used solely to produce the output you requested.
- Your calibration document and tool inputs are stored only in your browser's local storage, on your device, under your control. Clearing your browser deletes them. We cannot see or retrieve them.
- Files you upload are converted to text in memory on our server, and the temporary copy is deleted immediately. We do not keep the file or its text.
- To generate a result, your inputs are transmitted to the third-party processors listed below, which perform the AI analysis and data lookups. Quotari itself retains nothing once your request completes.
- We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only browser storage is the functional local storage described above.
Sub-processors
To deliver the service, your inputs may be transmitted to:
- Anthropic — AI processing and, for the Account Scan, web search of public sources.
- Apollo.io — business/organization contact data for the Account Map.
Each provider processes data under its own terms and security practices. Quotari does not control, and is not responsible for, their independent processing.
Confidentiality
- You retain all rights to the content you submit. Quotari claims no ownership of it.
- Only submit content you are authorized to share. Remove names, identifiers, and confidential figures from call transcripts wherever possible.
- Because we don't store your content, we cannot disclose it, and it is never accessible to other users.
GDPR (EEA, UK & Switzerland)
- Roles. For personal data you input about third parties (e.g., prospects or meeting participants), you or your employer are the data controller and Quotari acts as a processor acting on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for that processing.
- Lawful basis. We process the limited data you submit to perform the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Data minimization & retention. We store no personal data on our servers; there is no retention period because nothing is retained.
- International transfers. Your inputs are transmitted to processors that may operate in the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the processors' Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Because Quotari retains nothing, you exercise erasure by clearing your browser storage; for data held by a sub-processor, contact that provider directly.
- You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Questions: privacy@quotari.com.
CCPA / CPRA (California)
- Notice at collection. The categories of personal information you may submit include identifiers (e.g., names, business emails), professional or employment-related information, and any content you provide (e.g., transcripts) — used only to provide the service you request.
- No sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
- Your rights. To know, delete, and correct; to opt out of sale/sharing (not applicable — we do neither); to limit use of sensitive personal information; and to non-discrimination. Because we retain nothing, deletion is satisfied by our stateless design and by clearing your browser storage.
- To exercise a right or ask a question: privacy@quotari.com.
